Abstract

This work examines eight women economists, namely Jane Marcet, Harriet Martineau, Millicent Fawcett, Rosa Luxemburg, Beatrice Webb, Joan Robinson, Irma Adelman, and Barbara Bergman, their work, their theories, and their contribution to the advancement of science, from the eighteenth century to the present day.
